ORDERING

When you decide to place an order with me I will need to get 50% payment (non refundable) before starting on the suit. I accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, or personal check (from US only). The remaining balance is billed after the fitting. NO SUIT WILL BE MAILED UNTIL IT IS PAID IN FULL. If this causes a suit to be shipped Express due to time restrictions, the customer is liable for the up charge.

Start by filling out and emailing us
the posing suit order form or the
bikini order form depending on which suit style you want to order. I will need you to take the following measurements; cup size, waist, hips, and height. I also need a torso measurement from those ordering a one piece. I want you to take the measurement by starting the measuring tape from the center of the crotch up the torso to the point that you want the V of the neckline to come to. I would like you to send me a picture of yourself so I can help match the color
of the suit to your skin tone. The pictures are also for deciding your body type. Please click the on the link to see how to wear your suit per your body type. Suit Fit

I will need to know when you need your suit, NOT your contest date. I ask that you place your order at least 6-8 weeks before the needed date. This is to ensure we have time to make changes if needed. I will take emergency orders on a case by case basis. Orders placed with less than 6 weeks out from your needed date are subject to a $75.00 rush fee. Anyone ordering with less than 4 weeks will be charges a $100.00 rush fee.

Suit prices are on a quoted basis depending on material and decoration coverage. Pricing can change at anytime and without notice. Please contact me with any questions you may have on placing an order. You can also check out out Q&A page. Please note custom suits are not returnable. Suits that are not paid in full by documented contest date become property of Suits by Amy.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!!

Due to the continued poor quality of crystal we have received from Preciosa, we will be using only Swarovski crystals to create our designs. Unfortunately, this means the price of each suit will increase 10% starting January 1st, 2012. I do apologize for the increase, but it is the best way to give you the highest quality suit you deserve.
